The #HomeToVote hashtag is getting everyone very emotional this morning

Irish emigrants are returning from all across the globe to vote in today’s referendums.

And this was the reason.

Irish emigrants all across the world are travelling home to vote in the referendums today – and sharing their stories with the #hometovote hashtag on social media.

It’s making everyone a little patriotic and emotional.

There were people returning to Ireland from literally EVERYWHERE

And others from not so far away
